Synopsis[]
Steve Wilson was a scrawny young man who was unable to join the US Army because of his small stature & sickly conditions. However, when he is greeted by a reformed Shocker scientist, Steve is given a super serum that gives the ability to become Kamen Rider USA. However, when a string of terrorist events caused by the terror organization Ghost Shocker follow, Kamen Rider USA starts to become an American icon, leading a group of young valiant soldiers to fight for freedom.
Plot[]
In the present day
In March 13, 2012, Ghost Shocker officer Adolf Schmidt. Meanwhile, in San Diego, Steve Wilson is rejected for World War III military recruitment because of various health and physical problems. While attending an exhibition of with his friend, Clint Barnes and his sergeant, Sergeant George "Georgie" Burns, Wilson again attempts to enlist. Overhearing Wilson's conversation with Burns about wanting to help in the war, Dr. Zen Schulz allows Wilson to enlist. He is recruited into the Strategic Scientific Reserve as part of the "super-soldier" and "kamen rider" experiment under Schulz, Commander Frank Hill, and british agent Penney Anderson. Hill is unconvinced by Schulz's claims that Wilson is the right person for the procedure but relents after seeing Wilson commit an act of self-sacrificing bravery. The night before the treatment, Schulz reveals to Wilson that Schmidt underwent an imperfect version of the procedure and suffered permanent side-effects.
Wilson recruits Burns, Clint Barnes, Anthony Dugald, Fabe Hugues, Joe Ikeda, Xander Yuki, Lumiere Hemmer, and Ronald Abraham Potter to attack other known Ghost Shocker bases.
