Plot[]
13 years after the events of Kamen Rider the First & The Next. In this city. They will be targeted! These people are under attack by the army of secret organization that will ruling the world. The Shocker! There target is to search and destroy the one rider himself. Shiro Kazama. He's know as Kamen Rider V3. He is the one who fight these enemies, He is the one who his sister and He is the one who will defeat the shocker kaijins. The shocker's men will target the remodeling human. Hongo Takeshi (Kamen Rider Ichigo). The one who protect asuka midorikawa. They were found him and surround him. But he's not alone. Hongo henshins and fight those bad guys down. But in the end. The Frozen Kaijin has arrived. He will freeze him. But he's too quick. But he can't defeat the frozen kaijin. Because he's powerful to freeze. But not for the rider himself. Kamen Rider V3 will fight these guys and save Ichigo and escape from the frozen kaijin. These riders are inside the sea. But the frozen kaijin is not. He's using frozen kaijin's power to freeze the ocean below that turning into frozen solid. But in 2020 in the new city of tokyo. The Riders are captured inside base of the new shocker. They call it! Neo Shocker! Shiro brakes in the armory and grab V3's belt back! He henshin into a new improved Kamen Rider V3! He he will fight all neo shocker's men and then he's escape. But suddenly. A new rider has escape from lab and out of the base. The 4th Rider will be his last. He's name is Kamen Rider #4. Also known as... RIDERMAN!! He's the rival of the enemy and he escape to the facility. Only V3 will find him. He will search the place and find him. But if he will him? Only one way to find Ichigo. If V3 was failed? Hongo fails and it could not happend at any cost.
