Eiji Hino is the third and current Kamen Rider OOO and the first human to be the High Leader of the White Fang. He still travels around the world looking for a way to bring Ankh back, but his journey was cut short when a Kougami personal pick him up to the Foundation and learn that there was a second OOO before him, the prince. Kousei activated the round table with the relics and a black hole opens.
It sucked him and his friends to a new world where monsters called the Grimms wrecked havoc upon the people, despite this is not their home, they're willing to protect it.
Personality[]
He still retains his will to help others, no matter who they are. He's like the sun that always shines no matter how dark it may seems and cares for others' well-beings. He never lies and is always honest and brave and is willing to put his life on the line even if it kills him, but he doesn't care, he only cares about the safety of others and has an optimistic outlook on life. But, he isn't without sadness, he sees the Faunus are treated horribly by the humans despite the law stated that they'll be treated fairly and wants to help them through peaceful means, not through violence. He has a heart of gold and always help and wants to save both humans and Faunus, even his enemies, and believes that there is good in their hearts and can redeem themselves and change for the better.
He knows the White Fang were trying to bring peace and equality to their kind, but now they cause chaos and destruction, making it harder for peaceful Faunus to have the same rights as the humans do and wants to help them understand that violence and destruction is not the answer to achieve their goals. He also believed that the word 'never' doesn't exist in his dictionary, meaning no matter how bad things it seems, there's always hope. He also doesn't like bullying and discrimination towards the Faunus including Team CDRL since they bully the students, but mostly Faunus.
He cares for Blake Belladonna and wanted her to mend her bonds with her parents and has feelings for her, but doesn't know how to express them. He also gain some wisdom during his travels and understand what has been going around the world and the places he has been to. He's also willing to get zapped with electricity from Ilia's weapon to protect Blake, thus showing he's willing to sacrifice himself to protect his friends and loved ones.
He also knows that the Grimm and the Invincible Combo are very powerful and can help him win the battle, he fears that once he used them, it'll take his senses away and attacking his friends in a berserker state, but his biggest fear is that he'll hurt Blake or worse kill her by accident. At Menagerie, he was forced to use the Invincible Combo and accidently killed Corsac Albain and fell into despair and regrets what happened.
He can be described as the light by Blake, a light that will changed the world and treats the Faunus in Menagerie with respect and helps them in daily tasks, but sometimes was met with scorn since he's the only human on the island, some treated him with kindness, others treated him like trash and wish that he and his kind are better off dead. Despite this treatment, he understands how the Faunus felt when they're being discriminated and endured the hardships, showing his patient side and hope that his kind acts and deeds can reach out to the people, to show that he is different from the rest of the humans. He also is viewed as a light that many people will follow and support, an example of this is when the White Fang at Menagerie are defeated, he shows that even Faunus are capable of violence and bloodshed and telling them that if they don't want the world to see them as evil, they have to fight alongside with him to protect Haven Academy to prove to the world that there are good Faunus and even promised them a world where both humans and Faunus can smile and live happily and not be seen as monsters, surprisingly the Faunus cheered for him and willing to fight and support him even the White Fang members are willing to follow him, this shows that he can inspire people to rise up and fight for what is right. He also fights for the people who considers a friend and family to him, including his loved ones, thus that is why Eiji always comes up on top and strong, is because he has people waiting for him.
On a funny note, he still has his strange obsession with underwear or underpants and picked it up during his travels with his grandfather, who told him that a man needs a pair of underpants for tomorrow.
Relationships[]
Ankh: Brother figure and mentor and best friend. Their relationship is a bit rocky since he knows Ankh was using him from the beginning, but despite this, they work well together with Ankh giving him Core Medals while he give him Ice Pops and Cell Medals. He wants to help Ankh understand that there are good humans and bad humans and experience human emotions.
Akira Date: Brother figure and second best friend. They first met when they were fighting a Yummy. Their goals may be different and clash, but they're willing to put their differences aside, for the safety of the innocent. But now, they are now best of friends and always looking out for each other.
Shintaro Goto: Brother figure and third best friend. When they first met, their meeting is a bit rocky since Goto is wary of his boss, Kousei Kougami, on trusting Eiji and Ankh. But as time went on, he became humble and supportive during his job at Cous Coussier, he became an ally and friend to Eiji as they fight together to protect the innocent and eliminate the threats, but is still wary around Ankh since he's a unpredictable wild card.
Michal Minato: Brother figure and fourth best friend. They first met each other when he was possessed by Poseidon, a Greeed from the future, and has confidence problem and has aquaphobia and teraphobia. Eiji helped him, because they're both Kamen Riders and Rider should always help each other. He helped him realized that it wasn't power that made him strong, it was his courage and the will to fight.
Blake Belladonna: Girlfriend and future wife. When they first met, it was a friendly chat and became good friends, but when Blake was a Cat Faunus and former member of the White Fang, he doesn't care about her past and told her that she must move on to make a fresh start and shouldn't be ashamed of what she was, but embraced it and move on and guide the Faunus to a path of righteousness. Those words help her realize that Eiji isn't like other humans and began to have feelings for him and wanted to support him and helping him to become the first human to be High Leader of the White Fang. On light occasions, he finds her cat ears cute including the way she blushed.
Blakes' parents: Family. When he first met them, he was nervous about meeting her mother and father. When he first met her father, Ghira, he was intimidated by his height, but remain calm and surprisingly got along well since they both viewed that words and patient can change the world and believed that humans and Faunus can get along and live side-by-side. Kali and Eiji got along very well since he believes that humans and Faunus can live peacefully together and she finds him to be quite funny and optimistic, she also took a moment to tease him by asking him and Blake about tying the knot and wants to have grandchildren to spoil, which greatly embarrassed the couple.
Ghira and Kali saw Eiji as a unique boy different from the other humans since he believes that the Faunus should have equal rights and freedom as the humans, Ghira saw that Eiji is like him and thinks what would happen if he were the High Leader of the White Fang. Kali was glad that Eiji was watching out for Blake and taking care of her and sees Blake and Eiji as living proof that two species can live side-by-side.
Uva: Enemy later ally. He hates him, because he wants to become an ultimate being and putting civilians in danger in the past. But, was surprised that Uva wants to change himself, but not of becoming good, becoming the Godfather, the Boss of all Bosses, and the Kingpin, but willing to team up with if it involves the safety of their comrades.
Kazari: Enemy later ally. Doesn't really like him since he's a trickster and plays dirty and can backstabbed at any moment. And still hates him for what he is and willing to put civilians in harm's way, but is willing to team up with him when it comes to protecting his comrades.
Roman Torchwick: Enemy. Saw him as a threat and criminal, ruining the lives of the people and want to stop him from causing more harm to the people.
James Ironwood: Friend later enemy. At first, he respects him that he wanted to save as many live as he can and both work together, but doesn't agree his way of thinking and judgement. That is said true since he decided to sacrifice an entire population to stop Salem, thus ending their friendship.
Cinder Fall: Enemy. Saw her as power-hungry and wanted to stop from killing and harming the lives of others.
Adam Taurus: Enemy later friend. He saw him as a man that wanted to destroy everything in his path, starting with the humans. Despite they're enemies, he couldn't help but feel sorry for him due to his past abuse from the humans and the loss of his mother, he wanted to help him move on from this hate and anger and understand that there are better ways to obtain true peace between the Faunus and humans and that he'll bring to peace to the Faunus. As time move on, they fought and fought until they fought their last battle, he helped him be reunited with his mother and from that on, they became good friends and entrusted Eiji to bring peace between two species.
Dr. Kiyoto Maki: Archenemy. Being the Antithesis of Birth, he believes ending the world would be appeasing, but finds Eiji to be unique and a nuisance to his plan to bring world destruction. But now, he wishes to conquer the world and turning the people into Greeed and Grimms and to destroy everything the world and recreate it in his own image. The only standing in his way to world destruction and conquest is the Riders and the Silver-Eyed Warrior.

- Master Hand-to-Hand Combat: Gains them from fighting Yummies, Greeeds, or other threats.
- Leadership: Takes charge of the situation and leads his friends to victory.
- Wisdom: During his travels around the world, he understands the cruelness and dangers and hardships of life and the world.
- Master Swordsmanship: Been practicing over the years and has experience, now he is considered to be at a level of a master swordsman.
- Adaption: Can switch the Core Medals that would best fit depending on the situation and battle and can change his fighting style depending on what Core Medals he used.
- Elemental Control: His Semblance allows him to control Fire, Water, Lightning, Gravity, and Ice that will enhance his forms' element and attack.

- Power Overflow: If he uses his powers too much, it'll cause him to be tried and cannot fight, making him vulnerable.

Taka, Tora, Batta: Ta-To-Ba! Tatoba, Ta-To-Ba!
TaToBa Combo is his base form. In this form, OOO is armed with the Tora Claw gauntlets, and can transform his legs into Batta Legs to reach enemies that are out of his reach, such as ones that can fly. This combo is also the most balanced in speed and power.

Finisher: TaToBa Kick, where after jumping high up through the Batta Legs, OOO descends with a drop kick through the three rings that are formed, which are in the primary colors of the Taka, Tora, and Batta Medals which surround him in auras depending on the Core Medals. When passing through the red ring representing the Taka Medal, he is surrounded in a red veil with wings, the yellow ring representing the Tora Medal gives an aura with claws, while the green ring representing the Batta Medal gives an aura with legs.

TakaKiriBa is a red/green form with his head having the Taka Head's incredible eyesight, his arms having the Kamakiri Swords, and his high-jumping Batta Legs.
This is the first mismatch OOO ever used.

TakaGoriBa is a red/silver/green form that is accessed through the Taka, Gorilla, and Batta Core Medals. OOO can use the Taka Head's accuracy-improving powers along with the Gori Bagoon gauntlets of the Gorilla Arms and the jumping abilities of the Batta Legs.

TakaKujaBa is a red/green mismatch with the Taka Head's accuracy improvement, the Taja Spinner from the Kujaku arms, and the Batta Legs' jumping ability.

is a red/yellow mismatch with the Taka Head's accuracy improvement, the Tora Arms' Tora Claws, and the talon-like attachments of the Condor Legs.
Taka, Kamakiri, Cheetah!
TakaKiriEtar is a red/green/yellow mismatch, he is able to combine the accuracy improving powers of the Taka Head, the speed of the Cheetah Legs, and the Kamakiri Arms' Kamakiri Swords.
When its Scanning Charge is activated, OOO uses the Taka Head's accuracy powers to lock on to the enemy, then projects three rings in front of him, which he then charges through with the Cheetah Legs and finally performs a finishing strike with the Kamakiri Swords.

TakaGoriTa is a red/gray/blue mismatch with the Taka Head's accuracy improvement, the Gorilla Arms, and the Tako Legs' splitting legs.
Taka, Unagi, Tako!
TakaUTa (タカウタ) is a red/blue mismatch with the Taka
Head's accuracy improvement, the Unagi Whips, and the Tako Legs' suction cups-covered splitting legs.
Taka, Kujaku, Condor: (Eagle screech) Ta~Ja~Dol!
TaJaDol Combo, also known as the Blazing Combo, is OOO's red combination, using the powers of Ankh's Core Medals: Taka, Kujaku, and Condor. This Combo's primary motif is the Phoenix, often called the king of birds and is a mix of different kinds of birds.
In this form, the Taka Head becomes the Taka Head Brave, with the eyes becoming red rather than the usual green, wings protruding from the head, and the hawk symbol on the forehead becomimg more prominent. The Taka icon on the O Lung also changes from the full form on the Medal to a more pronounced head, appearing to merge the separate designs into the appearance of a bird.
Using Tajadol Combo, OOO can see far distances, create energy peacock tail feathers to direct at opponents, use the Kujaku Wings to fly, project Core Medal-like energy at its opponents, shoot streams of fire, and use the talon-like attachments of the Condor Legs called the Raptor Edges.
Due to its power, Tajadol Combo is more taxing on Eiji than the other Full Combos to the point that prolonged use will cause him to collapse while transformed.
This form is armed with the Taja Spinner that can fire flaming orbs of energy at its opponent. It can also hold a number of Core Medals, enabling him to perform the Giga Scan attack. Tajadol is shown to have an increase in power, speed, and defense, making it the most superior out of the other combos.

Finisher: Prominence Drop is where after deploying the Kujaku Wings and Raptor Edges, OOO flies into the air and performs a flying drop kick on the target.
Kuwagata, Tora, Batta!
GataToraBa is a green/yellow mismatch using the Kuwagata, Tora, and Batta Cores. In this mismatch, OOO has high jumping abilities with the Batta Legs, wind-backed slashing powers with the Tora Claws, and can release electricity from the Kuwagata Head's horns.

GataToraDol (ガタトラドル Gatatoradoru) is a mismatch with the Kuwagata Head's lightning emitting horns, wind-backed slashing powers with the Tora Claws, and the Condor Legs' sharp talon-like spikes to enhance the damage to kicks.

GataGoriEtar is a mismatch with the Kuwagata Head's lightning emitting horns, the heavy hitting, rocket fist-like Gori Bagoon gauntlets, and the Cheetah Legs' super speed and rapid kicks.
Kuwagata, Kamakiri, Batta: (Buzz) Ga~ta-Gata-Gata-Kiri, Ba! Gatakiriba!
Gatakiriba Combo, also known as the Strongest Combo , is OOO's green combination, using the powers of Uva's Core Medals: Kuwagata, Kamakiri, & Batta.
Using Gatakiriba Combo, OOO's punching power is slightly lower than Tatoba , while his jumping height is slightly higher. However, his maximum running speed decreases significantly.
In this form, OOO can shoot lightning from his Kuwagata Horns , use the Kamakiri Swords, and jump high with the Batta Legs. Gatakiriba also has the ability to create duplicates of himself known as the Branch Shade . He can create a massive amount of these duplicates, but Eiji claims it is extremely difficult to revert back to being just a single OOO so that he can cancel the transformation.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Gatakiriba Kick, where after splitting into several duplicates, OOO jumps into the air and performs a series of flying sidekicks on the target.
Lion, Tora, Batta!
LaToraBa is a yellow/green form with his head having the light-emitting Liodias ability, his arms having the wind-backed Tora Claws, and the Batta Legs' leaping abilities.
Lion, Kamakiri, Batta!
LaKiriBa is a yellow/green form with his head having the Liodias ability, his arms having the Kamakiri Swords, and the Batta Legs' leaping abilities.
Its Scanning Charge allows OOO to jumps up high with the Batta Legs while blinding an opponent with the Lion Head, then goes in with the finishing strike with the Kamakiri Swords.

LaKiriEtar is a yellow/green/yellow mismatch. As Lakirietar, OOO can use the Lion Head's light-emitting Liodias ability, along with the Kamakiri Swords and the blurring speed of the Cheetah Legs.

LaTorarTar Combo, also known as the Scorching Combo, is OOO's yellow combination, using the powers of Kazari's Core Medals: Lion, Tora, and Cheetah.
In this form, OOO's kicking power is decreased and his maximum jump height is reduced to less than half of Tatoba Combo. However, this is OOO's fastest form by a massive margin.
In this form, OOO can emit an infrared light called the Liodias which is intense enough to incinerate, use the Tora Claws, and run at high speeds. The Cheetah Legs also enable Latorartar Combo to perform the Revol Spin Kick.
Finisher: Gush Cross which projects three yellow rings in front of OOO before charging through them with the Cheetah Medal's speed before delivering a cross slash on the target with the Tora Claws infused with the Lion Medal's energy projection.
Sai, Gorilla, Zou: (Dull thud) Sagohzo... (Drum beat) Sa-Goh-Zo!
SaGohZo Combo also known as the Gravity Combo, is OOO's gray combination, using the powers of Gamel's Core Medals: Sai, Gorilla, and Zou.
Compared to Tatoba Combo, OOO's punching power is nearly doubled, while his kicking power, jumping height, and running speed are all decreased.
In this form, OOO gains superhuman strength and gravity manipulation as well the ability to perform strong headbutts through the Sai Head. He is able to perform the Bagoon Pressure attack by firing clones of the Gori Bagoon gauntlets from his arms and create powerful shockwaves by shouting or banging his chest "armor" with the Gorilla Arms. With the Zou Legs, he can cause minor earthquakes and perform a powerful drop attack called the Zuo Stomp.
Finisher: Sagohzo Impact, where OOO manipulates gravity to lift him into the air and weights himself down to hit the ground with a powerful stomp, trapping a Yummy in the ground that forms around it while the reformed ground moves toward OOO where he delivers a powerful double handed punch and headbutt at the same time. The damaged ground reforms after the Scanning Charge.
Shachi, Tora, Cheetah!
ShaToraRtar is a blue/yellow form with the Shachi Head for shooting water, the Tora Arms equipped with the Tora Claws, and the Cheetah Legs for fast movement.
Shachi, Gorilla, Cheetah!
ShaGoriEtar is a blue/gray/yellow form with the Shachi Head's echolocation and water-spraying abilities, the Gori Bagoon Gauntlets for the Gorilla Arms, and the Cheetah Legs for fast movement.
Shachi, Gorilla, Tako!
ShaGoriTa is a blue/gray mismatch with the water-spraying/echolocation-emitting Shachi Head, his arms having the Gori Bagoon gauntlets from the Gorilla Arms, and the Tako Legs' suction cups-covered splitting legs. This form is also OOO's last mismatch in his native series' run.
The Scanning Charge of this Combo involved charging the Gori Bagoons with water, then shot off the Arms and slam into the target.
Shachi, Unagi, Batta!
ShaUBa is a blue/green mismatch, armed with the head having the Shachi Head's water spouting and echolocation powers, the electrified Unagi Whips, and the Batta Legs' powerful bounces and kicks.
Shachi, Unagi, Tako: (Splash) Sha-Sha-Shauta, Sha-Sha-Shauta
ShaUTa Combo, also known as the Marine Combo (海のコンボ Umi no Konbo), is OOO's blue combination, using the powers of Mezool's Core Medals: Shachi, Unagi, & Tako.
Using Shauta Combo, all of OOO's stats are decreased, making it one of his weakest forms. However, this is offset by the form's specialized abilities.
In this form, OOO excels in underwater combat, and gains the ability to liquefy his body like Kamen Rider BLACK RX as the Biorider. It is armed with the Denki Unagi Whips which enable electrically charged attacks, the most powerful being the Voltarm Whip (ボルタームウィップ Borutāmu Wippu). The Tako Legs allow Shauta Combo to climb walls with their suction cup-like abilities and can split apart for a barrage of hits.

Finisher: Octo Banish (オクトバニッシュ Okuto Banisshu), where OOO liquefies his lower body to propel himself upward, then use the Unagi Whips to drag the opponent upward while OOO goes back down using the Octo Legs to perform a corkscrew kick that drills through the opponent.
Ptera, Tricera, Tyranno: (Screech) Pu-To-Tyrannosaurus!
PuToTyra Combo,also known as the Invincible Combo, is OOO's purple combination accessed by the Ptera, Tricera and Tyranno Core Medals.
Along with Tajadol Combo, Putotyra is easily one of the most powerful Combos in OOO's arsenal. Putotyra Combo has much higher kicking power, jumping height, and running speed than Tajadol Combo, along with marginally higher punching power. It is also capable of destroying or damaging Core Medals, making this Combo more dangerous and destructive. After Eiji temporarily becomes a Greeed, he can access this form in the usual way or transform directly from his Greeed form.
In this form, OOO uses wings on the Ptera Head, called the External Fins, to fly, as well as to freeze the opponent with a blast of icy air. The horns on the Tricera Shoulders, called the Wind Stinger can stretch into various lengths according to Eiji's command. The claws on the Tyranno Legs, called Legsteranail enhance his kicking. He can also combine the thigh armor to form a tail, called the Tail Divider, that can give off a devastating blow.
This form carried the risk of slowly turning Eiji into a mindless beast if he stays in the Combo for too long until he managed to gain control of the Purple Cores, but he still suffers from the physical strain resulting from Combo use. As a result of the purple Medals residing in his body, Eiji underwent a process known as "Greeedification", gradually turning him into a Greeed, which could be sped up by having more Medals enter his body.
Unlike the other combos, Putotyra Combo causes most of the OOO armor to become white and cannot form a mismatch with the other Core Medals, as the purple Medals are made in nature as the antithesis of desire, negating the power of the other Core Medals. The O Scanner announces this Combo by the long name of "Putotyrannosaurus" rather than just "Putotyra".
Also, like Tajadol Combo, this Combo has its own weapon; an axe/bazooka-hybrid called the Medagabryu.

Finisher: Blasting Freezer. When activated, OOO uses his Tricera Shoulders' Wind Stingers to stab his opponents in the shoulders to hold them in place, while he uses his Ptera Head's External Fins to freeze them immediately after, and the Tyranno Legs' Tail Divider to finish them off by smashing them into frozen shards.
