Able to assume a centaur-like Rush Form, the Elephant Orphnoch was after the Phi Gear, encountering Maria when she took Nathan's bag by mistake. When he attempted to crush Maria, the Elephant Orphnoch was defeated by Phi's Crimson Smash.
